The answer is: Because of the physical limitations of your body in the areas of mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, and power that limits your ability to execute a biomechanically efficient golf swing. This is called "the kinetic sequence" chain of events and certain physical parameters must be evident within the kinetic chain. If you are dysfunctional in any one of these parameters required in the golf swing, then some type of compensations in the execution of the swing will occur. These compensations lead to swing faults such as a loss of club head speed, poor ball striking,poor posture, inconsistencies, and or pain and injury. First: A complete body evaluation to discover any body dysfunction. ie: We measure how
your body will move through the kinetic swing sequence.
Second: A consultation to review this information and outline your specific needs to improve your game
