About Us

Ever wonder why you have spent so much money on golf lessons with minimal improvement?

The answer is: Because of the physical limitations of your body in the areas of mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, and power that limits your ability to execute a biomechanically efficient golf swing. This is called "the kinetic sequence" chain of events and certain physical parameters must be evident within the kinetic chain. If you are dysfunctional in any one of these parameters required in the golf swing, then some type of compensations in the execution of the swing will occur. These compensations lead to swing faults such as a loss of club head speed, poor ball striking, poor posture, inconsistencies, and or pain and injury. To prevent such a situation from occurring and provide you with a physical foundation to execute the golf swing, GET GOLF FIT!

Golf Fit is a 4 month program & consists of:

First: A complete body evaluation to discover any body dysfunction. ie: We measure how

your body will move through the kinetic swing sequence.

Second: A consultation to review this information and outline your specific needs to improve your game

Third: A specific 4 month fitness program designed by a nationally certified trainer (Scott) targeted specifically to your needs. (see testimonials)

Think all Certifications for Personal Training is the same?

You may want to think that again.

The NSCA personal trainer certification is is one of the toughest certifications to get. The NSCA-CPT® credential is designed for professionals who work one-on-one with their clients in a variety of environments, including YMCAs, schools, health/fitness clubs and clients’ homes. The exam thoroughly tests the knowledge and skills that are necessary to successfully train active and sedentary physically healthy individuals, as well as the elderly and obese. Personal trainers with NSCA-CPT expertise may also be involved in training clients with orthopedic, cardiovascular, and other chronic conditions. The exam covers a whole range of topics from anatomy to nutrition. Typically, this is a 10 month course of over 200 hours of classroom training at a credited University. Not something you will be able to earn after attending a 3 day workshop. In fact, if you look at the numbers, only about 9,600 NSCA-CPTs exist in a program that's been around since 1993. It definitely attracts those who are serious about a personal training career.

Scott is a Nationally Certified personal trainer, receiving his NSCA-CPT creditals.
