Q: What if I want more then a 4 month program? A: You can also sign up for 6 or 12 month programs. Your session rate becomes less with more months
Q: Can I work less time with the trainer to save some money?
A: You could, However, during the first 4 months it is very important to work with the trainer to make sure you are doing each workout correctly and for you to be able to get the best results.
Q: Why is the Golf Fit program set up for 4 months.
A: As with any fitness program, it take's at least 90 days working out four to five days a week for your body to start making a change. During that 90 days your body just BEGINS to make any changes.
Q: What if I already know what swing problems I have.
A: Even if your golf professional has analyzed your golf swing and has given you some swing drills, you may not be able to incorporate these changes into your swing, unless your body will allow it.
Q: I have a home gym set up in my house. Can I use the Golf Fit program at home?
A: Yes, but remember, you still need to work with the trainer to make sure the workout is being done correctly. Good form is better then doing many reps. Golf Fit can even customize the workout to go with your specific gym equipment.
Q: I'm already in good shape. Do I still need Golf Fit?
A: Studies have shown that sports fitness is specific to that sport. So, even if you are a runner or cyclist and you are in good shape, your muscles or your mobility or your stablity may not be in good shape for golf. Golf Fit will do the body screening, be able to find any dysfunction and make the corrections with the proper fitness program.
